Pyogenic Granuloma on cheek
Hypoechoic lesion of size 1 x 3 x 1 cm noted in the right cheek at the site of concern in the dermis indenting the subdermal fat. On colour Doppler, internal vascularity noted - Suggestive of benign vascular lesion –– Possible pyogenic granuloma / lobular capillary hemangioma.
Is surgical removal the only solution for this, If yes after surgical removal will it leave scar
