I had Pilonidal Sinus from last 1 year. I consultant one skin doctor he suggested me to take some antibiotics. After some day there was no bleeding and pas from 1 month now but its not completely cured. Should i go for surgery now or should it ll take time to become normal skin!?

hello ..... the pilonidal sinus as u have mentioned is a result of chronic inflammation and almost never get cured by the conservative management. The surgical debridement is the one which is required most of the times. Post excision the symptoms reduce drastically.
