Pustules on index finder

Asked for Female, 25 Years

5 days from now i've got one little pustule on index finger of left hand. Also got swollen, and redness around it. Then its started to spread. Now I have 7 pustules, some of them confluented, some not, but on same finger, I feel pain and inflamation and cannot move my finger. Can I send you picture of it?
