Puss-filled pimples
Hi I need advice
I am a 16 year old male. I recently got small pus filled pimples underneath my leg, at first I didn't take them serious, after a while they got sore and I could not sit down as it would hurt. I applied a hot cloth to soften it and took another cloth wipe it clean. The next day other places were infected and I applied the same method as I did for the first time, but every time I do it, it keeps coming back. And about 45% of my body is filled with these puss-filled pimples.
