Dear Patient,
Your reports suggest a recurrent shoulder infection with fluid (pus) collection, along with a rotator cuff tear. Since this has happened multiple times, it requires urgent evaluation.
I would strongly advise:
• Clinical examination by an orthopaedic (shoulder) specialist
• Aspiration/drainage with culture test
• Blood tests (CRP, ESR)
Avoid self-medication or antibiotics without proper testing, as recurrence can worsen joint damage.
Early treatment will give the best outcome.
Next Steps
Consult to Orthopaedics Surgeon shoulder specialist with infectious disease specialist , may require Drainage with placement of antibiotics beads inside , and Tuberculosis rule out investigations
Wishing you speedy recovery
But it is not possible to give you any opinion based on your message,
An in person examination as well as detailed history taking needs to be done.
Meanwhile,
You can continue the medications as advised
Once again visit the primary surgeon,
MRI report indicates to send the collected fluid for further detail examination to rule out other causes.
