Pus in hands n feet for morethan 3weeks

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My foot finger was so itchy and then started to get watery then begin to produce pus. On the next day, my hand finger also itchy and the same thing happened just like to my foot. I took ciprofloxacin for 7days but still it's not healing
