Pus filled finger popped and is now torn

Asked for Male, 15 Years

Hi, my right hand index finger filled with pus the day before and popped today. The pus leaked out and now the finger is torn down to the finger nail inside what use to be the cuticle. The skin is very white and torn, with the red flesh underneath showing. Is there some medicine I should take or some wound care you would recommend?
