I am a 21-year-old male. Around 3–4 days ago, after a haircut, I developed painful pus-filled bumps on my scalp. Since then, similar bumps have appeared on my back, arms, and abdomen. Some of them burst easily with slight pressure.
I also have multiple hard, painful lumps at the back of my head. Since yesterday, I have been feeling very tired, my appetite has decreased, and I had chills and shivering at night (possible fever).
I had popped some lesions earlier before realizing it might be an infection.
I want to know if this is bacterial folliculitis or something else, and whether I need oral antibiotics or other treatment.
