Is there pain in the canine too?. If the pain is there in the tooth the ulcer has to be verified by the Dr. Sometimes rct treated teeth reinfect . X ray and clinical evaluation is required to check the success or failure of old rct. If all is well it can be a normal ulcer which heals in 7-10 days
