  4. Pus filled acne. Suggest me what to do?

Pus filled acne
I was diagnosed with psoriasis 2 months ago.I am using clobetasol tube,omega 3 capsules,antibiotoc cap,wheat grass in morning.I am having 6-7 little pus filled acne on my feet increasingly.I doubt if it is some severe form of psoriasis.they fade after using fucidic acid cream.Please suggest me what to do?
