My son nail came between door while he was playing. After 3 to 4 days while cutting nails pus came out light yellowish color.i cleaned it with sterilized cotton.

U can applyl ointment t bact over the nail bed.if pus discharge continues or child has local swelling, severe pain needs oral antibiotics
