My son nail came between door while he was playing. After 3 to 4 days while cutting nails pus came out light yellowish color.i cleaned it with sterilized cotton. What should I do

U can apply Mupirocin ointment to the wound, If there is no tenderness or redness.

U can applyl ointment t bact over the nail bed.if pus discharge continues or child has local swelling, severe pain needs oral antibiotics
