Purple soft patches on tongue

Asked for Female, 40 Years

Hello My husband who is 40 years old and has been working for night shifts since 11 years.. he has blood pressure issue and takes Telma 40 mg once a day.. His weight is 106 kg.. i have attached his tongue picture below.. please go through the picture and do let me know the reason behind it.. Also suggest me to which specialist do i need to consult.. i am very much worried about him.. pls advise
