Nothing to worry about. It's just a bruise. It is due to compression or got hit against a blunt object. It will subside on its own.

It's bruise ... nothing serious.... But if it occurs spontaneously in other part of body... U must check ur coagulation profile... 1. bleeding time 2. Clotting time 3. PT INR 4.CBC 5. LFT

There is nothing to worry. Are you on regular aspirin or any anti clotting drug. Apply cold compression, 2 to 3 times,  thrombophobe ointment 2 to 3 times daily. Get complete blood count,  bleeding and clotting time done and share results.

Advise  cbc, bt, CT, pt. Not at all dangerous.  Unknown blunt Injury  or deep pressure  may cause such   pictures. Other  blood thiner  i have lot of such.
