Pulsation throughout my body
I had a hair transplant a month ago and now on finasteride tablets as suggested by my doctor for one year. I am noticing pulsation throughout my body and heart palpitations mostly noticeable at night or when I'm calm and doing nothing. I asked my doctor and he said it's not related to any medication or the surgery itself. I had my Echo, ECG and chest x ray done all showing as normal. There is no pain as such but just my entire day is focused on those pulsations. I had a similar issue 2 years ago and it randomly vanished after a couple of  days. This time it's been more than 15 days. Is it really in my head as anxiety or should I go for some more tests. Please advice.

I can offer some general information. It's crucial to consult with a dermatologist for personalized advice. That being said: Rule Out Medical Issues: Since you've had an Echo, ECG, and chest X-ray, which all came back normal, serious cardiac issues seem less likely. However, it's essential to follow your doctor's advice on this. Medication Side Effects: Finasteride, though uncommon, has been associated with side effects, including palpitations. While your doctor mentioned it's not related, it's worth discussing any potential medication-related issues with them. Anxiety: Anxiety can manifest as physical symptoms, including palpitations. If your doctor has ruled out other medical causes, stress and anxiety could be contributing to your symptoms. Monitor and Communicate: Keep a log of when you experience these sensations, noting any patterns or triggers. Share this information with your doctor during follow-up appointments. Seek Second Opinion: If you're still concerned or the symptoms persist, consider seeking a second opinion from anotherdermatologist Remember, it's essential to communicate openly with your hair transplant surgeon about your concerns and symptoms. he/she can guide you on whether additional tests or evaluations are necessary and help determine the best course of action.
