Pukish and constant stomach ache

My 4year old son has been vomitting since yesterday midnight and is also complaining of stomach ache. He is unable to consume anything as he is puking it out.

Give light meals more frequently in small quantities,use syp ondem 30 mins before meals. Use syp anafortan for stomach ache. If not improving,consult your paediatrician asap.
