Hello.. Well dark circles usually occur when you stay up late I the night...do not get ample rest ..try taking goo rest in the night hours... watery eyes may be due to sun, pollution....you need to use goggles when you go out...allergic conjunctivitis is a common condition...drink water well...thank you
