Dark circle and pain around eyes and hea

How can I get rid of the dark circle around my eyes due to eye strain .. and this eye strain doesn't go away it's been 6 months . I have been taken care of my eyes alot . Diet, sleep, 20 20 rules advices by docter , artificial tears , no screen etc... how can I really get rid of this sleepy and heavy and tired eyes and eyelids
