  4. Pubic lices. Solution to this problem?

Pubic lices
I have pubic lices near my genital areal. I noticed it few days ago. The lices are looking like minute crabs. I tried shave the pubic hairs, but i could still see some of them. I tried to use Nizrol shampoo for 2 days. But its not working. Can you please suggest good shampoo or solution to this problem?
