I hope you have gone through the psychoeducation sessions about the  illness. If not then this can be done online or over phone too.

Hello, bipolar disorder is a mood disorder in which there were repitive episodes of manic and depressive episodes. First line treatment of bopolar disorder is nood stabiliser medications which will stop fluctuation in mood so that patient will not develops any depressive or manic episode. Psychotherapy is only done to ensure about compliance and for psychoeducation of patients andctheir caretaker about risk factors and about warning signs of further episode. So kindly consult some Psychiatrist for pharmacology management of your illness. Thanks..
