Belive me or not after few months since I was still feeling that sensation from that place in throat I put my finger tried to move believe it. It moved later I went to ent they did everything they couldnt find anything. I still think it is a very small piece of glass particle which might have gone Into throat.. I went into depression severly in between. Even now . Now and then I feel depressed with it. I'm not able to focus on my studies and when I swallow at times there is pain and cough now and then. I'm trying hard but I feel bad for it. I pushed as much down as I could the particle now I can't bring it up I knw it sounds weird but if has happened with me and it's been there since past 10 months and it's really annoying not been able concentrate on studies. Pls suggest me help. Do I have to antidepressants life long? Or CBT might help?
