Psychosis or Depression?
My girlfriend is thinking that I am conspiring against her along with other mutual friends. She also thinks that I have hacked her phone and laptop. I am not party to any of this and used to console her and make her understand that this is not the case. She still believes in this and has eventually stopped contacting me and other friends. She is very low due to this and this is taking a toll on her and her loved ones. Please tell me what should my next steps be?

Give some time. once she is settled. then approach for an explanation. Psychosis is a big concept and has different criteria. so as of now it does not seems like psychosis. Could be acute stress due to some circumstances.

Suggest her to seek a professional help. Fix an appointment with a psychologist for her and encourage her and support her to have a consultation.
