Why do u want to stay away from the person u love? Go n tell him if u haven’t yet told him about ur feelings n don’t b afraid of rejection. If u know he is already with someone else then look elsewhere.

Hi Thanks for reaching out. It can be difficult to be away from someone you love. You are feeling hurt, anxious, and upset. Consult a psychologist and talk about what you are going through. Talking to a psychologist will help you feel better. With a psychologist you can explain about the kind of relationship you had with this person and for how long you have known this person. You might be feeling extremely upset now, with the help of counselling sessions you will feel better. It is important for you to understand yourself and appreciate yourself.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.
Health Tips
Contact me for counselling sessions. Along with counselling I can suggest natural foods to calm the mind.
