Good day My Friend,  I can understand your concern. It's Important to understand the root cause behind your fear to overcome the same. General advice or suggestions will not help, because it's a strong belief that is rooted in our mind to create anxiety about public appearance.  Be positive.  It can be addressed through mindset change or Psychotherapy and Belief Clearing techniques . Be positive. You will be alright soon.  Feel free to reach me online or direct for further assessment and recommendations.

This is a very common problem and I won't label it... Fear is a normal human response which is evolutionary beneficial. But our amygdala works in all or none fashion it doesn't discriminate between imagined or real threat too much unless higher Brain processes are involved. I Call fear False evidence appearing real, in case of phobia not real fear. Since appearing in public isn't a threat as such so it seems some kind of anxiety, social anxiety maybe. The solution is desensitizing, just giving exposure to feared stimulus again and again and it will go away.
Next Steps
Read a book called Dare
Health Tips
If it's too disabling consult and psychiatrist or clinical psychologist.
