Dear practo user, dreams are very interesting phenomenon. There are many approaches to look at our dreaming process. From your message however it seems that they are disturbing or distressing. Consult a psychologist who can help you understand if there is something going on in your mind for which you need help with.
You mostly have something on your mind due to which you’re getting dreams that are crazy/bad. You need to make sure that you’re dealing with anxiety and stress in your daily life before sleeping.
Next Steps
Make sure that before sleeping you’re clearing your mind

Hi... Dreams are an excellent insight into the subconscious and unconscious mind of an individual. What we repress in our conscious mind, comes out in 'disguised' form in our dreams.
The repressed desires, wishes, guilt, fear, shame, etc are finding a decent exit without disrupting our morality, hence they are disguised. So that they find an expression while we are asleep.
To get rid of such dreams you will require dream analysis to understand the root cause and CBT to regulate your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
