Psychological social Fear

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am 30 years old, doing PhD in China, i was a Lecturer, i spent childhood under strictness of my both strict parents,so from my childhood till now i always feel fear in my heart. I can't talk to some one even younger than my age. My face get red and i am blushed.... In anger i can't control my self and go for fighting through hand to hand combats.. i tried much since 18 of my age when i realized but i could not overcome on it... So are there any solutions for it? This psycho problem... Regards

I am able to understand ur difficulties. U seem to have some of the symptoms of social anxiety. It makes a person lose his confidence and reduces his potential. Anxiety makes a person sensitive and irritable easily. V would need to know a few more details like ur sleep, frequency, other situations that might make u anxious etc to give appropriate suggestions. Ur problem can be easily treated with counselling and if needed medications. U will be able to function better with it. Don't let ur problems affect ur personal or professional help.
