I've been having major confidence issues in the past few weeks. It's been building over the years and now it's just got worse. I over think, can't concentrate on one thing at all and sometimes feel very very depressed. I feel like I've started having memory loss issues too.. I can't remember things easily whereas this wasnt the case earlier.

Hi. The symptoms that you have mentioned are highly suggestive of underlying depression and anxiety. Even your memory loss is due to your inability to focus and concentrate which leads to inability in recalling things. It would be prudent to undergo a complete psychiatric evaluation to reach a definitive diagnosis and accordingly initiate treatment. Depending on the diagnosis, treatment would include medications, psychotherapy or a combination of both.
Next Steps
Seek a psychiatric consultation.
