I'm 19! I've had a serious mental breakdown recently. I give my friends a lot of importance which doesn't let me concentrate on my self. I'm unable to prioritise things as I overthink a lot. I decided to shift alone which has been a problem to me as well as my friends. I don't feel like doing anything lately. I had a really big fight with everyone and me overthinking about everything has resulted to worse situations.
