Psychological problem
I am losing temper very easily and can't even control my anger once I am angry. I feel very irritated and don't feel like taking responsibilities. I have started throwing things but I never used to. I myself is afraid of this impatience and anger. I am losing everything. Please help me out. I think I am depressed as well.

Irritability and anger can happen with increased life stress, anxiety, depression and also personality issues and hormonal problems Please provide answers to following questions to better help you - when did you start to notice increase in irritability - is it daily or only for certain period of time - how is your mood generally - sad, nervous, generally happy - how is your sleep, appetite and energy level on most days? - any suspiciousness - any life changes/ stress such as financial, relationship etc - do you drink alcohol or use any drugs - do you have any physical health problems - are you taking any medications?
