Sure. You are worried about her and can open a dialogue with a professional. You can start by consulting a clinical psychologist to be able to have more space to talk and not start medications at the beginning itself.  Inform your wife about it and let her be around during your visit/ online consultation so that she feels confortable. She may be willing to take part eventually as well.
Health Tips
Make sure to always ask for a licence number (CRR number) whenever going for therapy. Only those with a licence (clinical psychologists) are legally and professionally permitted to provide therapy.

Hi.. Yes, you can consult a Psychiatrist or a Psychologist alone if she is unwilling. Please keep her parents informed and involved, it is important from medico-legal point of view. As a spouse you can initiate treatment on her behalf but only if she is clinically diagnosed with an acute condition which limits her ability to manage her own treatment. Remember, even if a person is mentally ill s/he still has rights to choose their treatment, as per mental health laws. Anyone found manipulating with their rights, be it a spouse, family member, colleague, boss, friend, or even the medical professional/ institution is punishable under mental health laws.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist or a Psychologist. If she is unwilling a Psychologist may help you suggest ways to convince her. If she is unable to manage her own treatment, a Psychiatrist may help you suggest ways to go about her treatment.
