Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have been recently into a relationship outside of my marriage and both marriage and my extra marital relation are in turbulence. I have been down since past 8 months and having psychological disturbances. Sleep and apetite has come down and am recently having suicidal thoughts and tendencies.
