Hello thanks for your approach to us. I understand that you are experiencing fluctuations in emotions. it is natural that most of them will experience due to hormonal imbalance, or it could be some disturbance bothering because of career or personal issues. You might have bottle up the emotions. Explore your self, understand the reason for lack of motivation or disinterest. Try to work on routine or change your life style. Try to share your emotions to whom you feel comfortable. Sometimes art work or other external activities will give us different emotions.
