My problem is that i feel very angry on little things if they are not follow my view.day by day my friend circle reduces due to my anger.i am not able to concentrate on any thing.i think that my opinion is always right ,i do not listen to my collegues opinion.i tried to control my anger but things going worse day by day .kindly help
