My brother was suffering from high headache, he becomes aggressive early and some mind disturbance problems and not able to sleep properly. w are consulting a doctor and from past 6-7 months he is showing good progress but his medicines are over and doctor asked to continue the same medicines. I want to know is any other medicine we can give hi instead of that.

I understand your concern. What are the meds your brother has been taking? Has he undergone neuroimaging or eeg? More clarity is needed regarding all these as well. If you want a second opinion I would be more than happy to help you with that. Some counselling also might be useful for him.
