I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder last year and since then I was told to consult a psychiatrist. I have yet to actually have session with a psychiatrist being I dont see it being a big deal. Recently I have been experiencing similar things from last year such as being unfocused, unable to retain info much, tired all the time, trouble sleeping. Im a college student and last term I was fine. Its my second term and ive started lagging again. Im trying to do my best but my head isnt working.
