My sibling is behaving very weirdly. She was very good in studies but she dropped out of college and perused online degree but seems in no mood to finish that as well. Abuses my father and mother and doesn't care even if neighbors come to see what she's abusing. She was diagnosed with depression a year ago. She hates my parents like they are her enemy even though they have always treated her like princess and blames them for her own failure despite the fact they didn't even scold her for dropping out thinking she's depressed. Is she really depressed or just extremely ill mannered and bad person? Is there any rehab center extremely cheap around 20k per month where we could send her? We cannot afford more at the moment as my father doesn't earn and I'm only working person in my home.

Hello
I'm sorry to hear that!
Your cousin doesn't need to go to rehab center, she is suffering from some major mental illness which we need to elucidate accurately first, so that treatment can be started. I believe she will get well with the right treatment. From the brief history you've mentioned, it seems to me she might have psychosis, in which person mostly feels that their loved ones are against them and they feel persecuted. With proper evaluation and treatment, she will get all right. Please seek a consultation, after treatment most of your money and energy will be saved.
