I am currently 27 week pregnant. Since, the past few days I am being over emotional. Crying and yelling and shouting at others for no definite reasons. I feel like as if I am becoming insane or something like that. I can realize my mistake later but at the peak of time I seem to forget everything and experiencing emotional outbursts. How to control this? Will the constant shouting and crying affect my unborn baby?

Hi, this could be due to hormonal changes in your body. Consult your gynaecologist incase this problem doesn't get resolved in a few weeks. Try doing some relaxation exercises or listen to guided meditation. If you are experiencing stress due to some other reason, do talk to your loved ones or consult a counselor or psychologist. It will do you good to surround yourself with a positive environment. Indulge in activities that make you happy. Good luck! If you have any other questions, you can consult me for the same.

Hi,
Emotional problems are commonly seen during pregnancy and post pregnancy, may be because of hormonal changes and stress due to pregnancy.Usually mild to moderate cases doesn't require medications. You will come under that category. But emotional changes in mother can affect baby's development.
Try to relax by practising yoga/relaxation exercises. Spend time in peaceful environment and give sometime for urself.
Don't worry.
