I'm 29 yrs old and have an innocent personality type which makes me emotional. Being emotional means i am easy and a pushover. I was happy as a child but then puberty hit and since I had the show off type of personality, i wanted craved and was desperate to get good grades. I never got good grades infact I got even worse grades in college as compared to school. My physical and mental disposition of myself changed from someone who is confident to someone who is insecure. Someone who would feel normal and behave / speak normally to someone who would speak like he has autism( very under confident). Over the years I have been depressed and have been brought out of it through coaching. I feel life isn't manageable as I am easy. I feel like a boy in a mans world someone who has developed the characteristics of always focussing on the negative and on the problems in any given situation. Please help me i want to be helped in any way possible. I also faced recent office toxic politics . HELP!
