Currently on paliperidone 100 mg monthly injections since June 2024, aripiprazole 5 mg daily.
I have been having symptoms like apathy, anhedonia, brain fog, irritability, impulsivity. I don't remember how long I have been experiencing these symptoms, but possibly it would be 3-4 years
In January 2024 in last year I ate chinese noodles wraps, milkshake as evening snack and walked daily for a month. At last day of this routine I had resolution of these symptoms one evening out of nowhere. This effect lasted 2 hours before complaints returned.
Can chinese food spices cause gut bacteria to heal and effect psychiatric symptoms? Is gut health related to psychiatric problems in any way? Can SIBO cause this symptoms? Can post acute COVID-19 syndrome cause this symptoms?

Yaa there is always a connection between mental health and gut issues. Chinese food on a daily basis does not help gut of Indians and will have some gut issues, but not the symptoms you described neither sibo causes those symptoms.
