My sister got mentally ill in year 2012-2013 but after the treatment she recovered and advised to take oleanz 5 medication daily for 8 year everything was fine but 6 months ago she stopped the medication and now her behavior is totally changed and she is not accepting the medication and dosnt want to see a doctor. NOW what should i do her condition is becoming worse Some symptoms - murmuring and laughing, disorganized thinking, saying any thing to anybody, social disconnect, everytime listening songs.

Hi , Her symptoms suggest psychotic breakdown. If she continues to refuse treatment u may need to contact local govt mental institution who may arrange ambulance to admit her to emergency unit. They could detain her and administer medications against her wishes under mental health act. Her mental state may improve and will take medications on her own. The risk of not treating her are : aggression towards others, not sleeping , risk of harm to self or may risk of hurting family members.

Seems more of psychotic symptoms, needs medication. Needs detailed history for proper diagnosis and treatment.
