  4. Psoriasis on scalp. Y permanent remedy?

I have mild psoriasis on my scalp for couple of years, I have shown my problems to dermatologists before but their ointments have not eliminated the disease completely. It is like whenever I am under medication, the psoriasis is under control but when i leave the medication they all come back. is there an y permanent remedy ?
