First consult with any clinical psychologist and discuss about ur detail problem, e.g. starting point of ur problem, duration of ur problem, symptoms and if any medical history or treatment. And if it is necessary that you should take medecine also.. then also consult with any psychiatrist near to you and take medication as well as psychotherapy regularly.
