There is a treatment called PRF ( platetet rich fibrin), much better than PRP and chemical free too. Gives very good results. But prp or prf is only supportive. That alone without your regular use of minoxidil lotions and 5alfareductase tablets will not help u. PRF IS LIKE A SEED AND LOTONS AND TABLETS ARE LIKE THE WATER AND FERTILISER. ;) You should use lotions life long even if u get hair transplant :)
