Prp for hairfall
I am 23 old male , suffering from hair fall issue and count is b/w 100 to 140 hairs in a day . I am not bald at any area of scalp but i am facing thinning of hair over entire scalp and hairfall from overall scalp. My dermat suggest me to take prp treatment. Should i go for prp if i dont want to take minoxidil and finastride ??

Hairfall is multifactorial.There are usually underlying metabolic ,nutritional and endocrine causes.Just PRP may not correct all the abnormality and a holistic approach is needed for best results.
