How to take 100 gm of protein everyday. Please help. My weight is 76.non vegetarian as well. Please give food suggestions.

why you want to take 100 gm/day. and you are also non vegeterian. if any doctor or dietician advice you that then its better to cobntact him or her. because your ideal protein intake should be 76 gms

Well as your weight I see is 76kg who exactly suggested you for 100gm protein if I may know ?? In case any dietitian has already suggested you the same then ideally she will tailor your diet too accordingly

In case you decided to have 100gm protein by yourself , then think again and visit a qualified dietitian to get the exact amount of protein you would need as per your lifestyle bcoz even if you take excess protein it won’t be absorbed or metabolised unless you are having enough fiber & water and working outwith HIIT/ weight training 5 times a week for 45-60min

Hi, Why you want to take 100 gms of protein each day? although it can be meet through Eggs, chicken , fish pulses etc  but first you should consult with a Dietician she will plan accordingly. don't rush for extra protein as such.
