This is the report of my father. How's the report please review. My father having foamy urine & no other symptoms so we went for urine test.

Does he have diabetes? Or any history of renal stones ? 2-3 rbc is not alarming If he has diabetes then there is micro albuminuria He might need evaluation by nephrologist
