Protein food for diabetes
My mom weight is 39kgs now age is above 45 years height is 5'0 recently she got diabetes and she started loosing her weight from past three months she loss more than 5kgs can you please suggest me to give protein food for her.

Due to diabetes she is lossing weight.once you start diabetes medication she will again regain her weight.she need a diet rich in complex carbohydrates,moderate protein and healthy fats.she need lifestyle modifications and regular physical exercise.
