Prostrate surgery & weak patient
Patient aged 67, suffering from Diabetes, Blood pressure High (under control), CKD with creatinine at 4.5, Hemoglobin is as low as 7.5.. He had mild prostrate problem and unable to urinate properly so he has been using urine catheter as of now. But main issue is that he is unable to eat anything and lost apetitite completely. His LFT is normal. Therefore, I request you kindly give some medication where he can able to eat before performing surgery. Please doctor. You have been savior for mankind.
