Prostate enlargement treatment ?
Hi. I'm suffering from prostate enlargement 55cc and 17cc post voidable residue. I too have bladder stone of 16mm. S.PSA is : 3.58ng/ml . Currently I'm using Tamdura tablet once in a day. My question is can I. continue with tablets? Or do I need to go with TURP surgery? Pls see the attachments and advise. THANK YOU.

Bladder stone has to be removed,see whether it improves your condition.if not turp may also be done.
