  4. Prostate enlarged. I undertake turp?

I am told that I have medianlobe hypertrophy and the prostate is enlarged 48 cc. Dr.recommends laser TURP and I have occasionally frequent urination. Can I wait a bit longer before I undertake TURP ?

Median love hypertrophy usually does not respond to medical therapy. But if your symptoms are mild you can wait. But do take some form of therapy.
