Proper Treatment of fatty liver
Dear doctor I am suffering from grade 1 alcoholic  fatty liver with high colestrol and trygrierides so I was tensed so I went to a gestroentrologist he had done my lft, ultrasound, endoscopy and also fibro scan I have done all as Iam not financially strong still I have managed but had given medicine also adefresh 400 2 times, colospa x2 times ,gut fast and signate so I have taken for one month I can't afford so much on such tablet so I have consulted another doctor he had told me that in my condition I don't need such tablet only maintain diet less carb no added sugar no processed food packed and junk food less oil health lifestyle and exercise daily for 50 min 4 times a week told me to take salad, fruits, coconut water curd that's all and loose weight He have given me some tablet which I can afford Tab.Tonact Tg once daily after dinner for 1month Tab Meganeuron OD Plus once daily after dinner for1months UpriseD3 60000units once week for 8weeks Tab supracal please help Sir what to do🙏

Gr 1 fatty liver needs regular excercise, reduced oil sugar in diet, avoid alcohol, reach normal weight Target USG ABDOMEN, ond LFT, every year to monitor liver is all that is needed
